A NOTE FOR BEGINNERS
AERIAL REQUIRES RESONABLE FITNESS AND GOOD UPPER BODY STRENGTH.THIS CAN BE DEVELOPED AS YOU GO ALONG BUT YOU WILL PROGRESS FASTER IF YOU HAVE THE BASIC STRENGTH THERE ALREADY. (A GOOD TEST OF THIS IS BEING ABLE TO LIFT YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT DOING A PULL UP.)
Workshops will be prepared after a discussion with the student or group, considering factors such as fitness, general health, experience, and the student's intention of a class (e.g.: a taster session, help with act preparation and so on.)
WARM UP/COOL DOWN
Each class will begin with a warm up to prepare the body for aerial work.
A cool down will take place just before the end of the class, helping to prevent injury after the body has been worked.
